Moorea Fund - High Yield Opportunity 2025

The investment objective of the Moorea Fund - High Yield Opportunity 2025 is to offer the investor exposure to a bond strategy with a view to holding it at maturity.

A "Buy & Hold" fund mainly invested in European High Yield corporate bonds.

Why a maturity fund?

Maturity funds can meet the needs of many investors. These bond funds have a particularity: to offer an attractive and predictable return for the investor, while maintaining a moderate risk.

VISIBILITY
A 5-year horizon offering visibility on the fundamentals and risk factors of the securities considered.

PERFORMANCE
The future return* is known in advance, which allows investors to benefit from a very good visibility on their investment (except credit events or sale before maturity and excluding arbitrage). While the performance of "classic" bond funds remains dependent on the evolution of market rates, this evolution has no impact on an investor present on a maturity fund if he keeps it until its dissolution.

ACTIVE MANAGEMENT
The manager may carry out arbitrations during their life depending on changes in the quality of the issuers. With the sums generated by these sales, the manager can buy other securities that have a more attractive profile. In short, although most of the securities in the portfolio are selected when the fund is launched, the manager is always on the lookout for opportunities.

*This does not take into account possible credit events or arbitrations during the life of the fund.
